The year 2019 was exceptionally favorable for viticulture in Serbia, including the Tri Morave region. The climate was marked by optimal conditions, with plenty of sunny days and mild nights, allowing the grapes to ripen perfectly. The harvest was of high quality, with healthy and fully ripe fruit, which was reflected in the final quality of the wine. The vineyards of Cilić Winery are located in the Jagodina vineyard area, where the soil and microclimate are ideal for growing Merlot. The vineyards are carefully maintained, with a strong focus on sustainable practices that enable the achievement of high grape quality. The optimal drinking window for Cilić Manifest 2019 is from 2023 to 2035. As the wine ages, it is expected to develop additional layers of complexity and softness, further enriching the tasting experience.

Color: Deep, intense red color with purple hues
Aroma: Very complex and aromatic, dominated by red fruits such as plum and raspberry, with notes of spices, chocolate, and subtle oak
Palate: Full and rich, with rounded tannins. The wine is creamy, with layered flavors of ripe fruit, spices, and gentle vanilla notes

It pairs excellently with dishes such as roasted red meats (beef steak, lamb), game, as well as cheeses like aged Parmesan or blue cheese. It can also be served with rich chocolate or fruit-based desserts.
